E-Cigarettes – The Quit Guide
Electronic Cigarettes or the E-Cigarettes present as a tool for quitting regular smoking. This is because the electronic cigarettes provide the same pleasure as the smoker gets in conventional smoke, but with no dangerous effects. With these cigarettes, people can get the sensation which they feel in conventional cigarettes; but are never worried of the inhale of the toxic material. The conventional smoke present in the regular cigarettes is replaced by the vapor contained in the cartridges of the electronic cigarettes. This vapor generates the substances which look like smoke but do not contain hazardous effects of the conventional smoke. The vapor contains different flavors which can be selected by the smoker himself; different nicotine levels are also present for the smoker to choose. Through these levels, the smoker can reduce the amount of nicotine consumption, which can be done day by day. When the smoker gets used to reduced levels, there comes a stage when he/she is able to quit smoking.
Most of the time, there are five (5) to six (6) levels of nicotine provided with the electronic cigarettes; out of which the sixth (6th) level is the highest and the first (1st) one is the lowest. When the smoker comes up to the first level of nicotine, he/she is prepared to quit conventional smoking. Through electronic cigarettes, smoker can control the amount of nicotine and gets rid of the other substances as well; these substances include carcinogens and others. All these characteristics of the electronic cigarettes attract the smokers more towards them, making them easier to adapt for life time.
Depression patients are also suggested not to use nicotine. People who are not suffering from any disease are therefore highly exposed to all the severe effects of the conventional cigarettes. if the person would not have been smoking, he/she would have been living more years of his life.
